Where it is real F ing COLD
Now I am not saying the Vikings are going to win but I am going to say it is going to be one hell of a game.. I see people are writing about the Vikes schedule.. Blah blah blah.. Well if you look at Dallas schedule you can rip that too.. Dallas beat New Orleans and the Eagles twice but were swept by the Giants, shut out in Green Bay, and were extremely lucky against KC... It's not like the Cowboys have been great road warriors.. Plus they have taken a part the Eagles mainly because they gashed them running the ball.. They will not do that to Minnesota..

QB - EDGE Minnesota.. I know Favre takes knocks for his play after December but he is in doors for this one.. Romo is ready for a choke game.

RB-- EDGE Minnesota.. Peterson and Taylor. The Dallas guys are good as well but Peterson is a top 3 back..

TE- EDGE Dallas.. Whitten is great. Shianco is a rising star.

WR- This is where the Vikes have the biggest edge.. Rice, Harvin, and Berrian.. Austin is good for Dallas but Roy Williams is up and down.

OL- This is where I think Dallas has the biggest advantage.. Big guys up front.. The Vikes OL is over rated and this is the single biggest key for the Vikes in this game..

DL - Pretty even.. Both teams have an excellent end with good interior guys..

LB - well I was kind of counting Ware as a DE but if you count him a LB dallas has the edge.. Plus the Vikes have the rookie at middle..

Secondary - SLight edge to Dallas here. We don't know what kind of Winfield shows up for the VIkes but I will say that if Favre gets time, this secondary will get shredded.

Special Teams- Vikes have lapses at times on coverage but usually on the road.. Not at home.. They have the best FG kicker..

Coaching- Both coaches kind of suck.. I would rather have Phillips than the bald idiot.

Intangibles- Vikes have the edge becasue of the home field.. Plus all this talk about Chile and Favre is over.. It's Favre's team and I believe Chile has realized that..

RBs and QB is a push???

That is some funny shit right there.. Won't be betting the game.. If the Vikes lose I don't want to be out money for the double whammy..

Only Morons think they have the game locked before it plays.. Ask many of the Packer fans. I actualy think this game mirrors a lot of what happened last week. Everyone on the Pack, they were the hot team... Looking ahead to the SuperBowl then BAM.. :sadwave:

Yeah, Romo is slightly better than Favruh.

AP and Chester are slightly better than the three headed attack we have with Felix, Barber, and Choice.

Still salty because he outplayed Brees?

I don't blame you.

It must be frustrating to go from 13-0 to an eventual 13-4 finish.

# (2nd) Career playoff passing touchdowns: 39[110] (Montana, 45)[112]
# (Tied 1st) Career playoff interceptions thrown: 28 (Jim Kelly, 28)[107]
# (Tied 1st) Career playoff losses as starting QB: 10 (Dan Marino, 10)

ALSO HAS 12 PLAY-OFF WINS-FARVE

THE 97 AND 98 PACKERS WERE VERY GOOD -IM A PACK FAN BUT THIS VIKINGS TEAM MAYBE BETTER -THE DIFFERENCE IS COACHING -THERE STAFF WAS AWESOME- BUT BEVELL AND FRAZIER ARE VERY GOOD IF CHILDRESS STAYS OUT OF THE O -WHICH I THINK HE WILL -AND AP HOLDS ONTO THE BALL -I WOULD TAKE FARVE AND CO OVER A QB THAT HAS 1 PLAY-OFF WIN AND HAS SHOWN OVER AND OVER AGAIN HE HAS A HARD TIME IN BIG GAMES
UNLIKE PHILLY THE VIKINGS WILL BE IN ROMOS MUG ALL DAY-AS FAR AS RUNNING BACK -IF AP RUNS WHICH I THINK HE WILL AND I THINK HE BREAKS A COUPLE LONG ONES THIS GAME GETS UGLY-

Your post is retarded.

QB is a push.
RB is a push.
WR is a push.
OL goes to Dallas.
Dline goes to Minnesotta
LB's clearly goes to Dallas
Secondary clearly goes to Dallas, without question
Special teams is a push.

You're a moron. I hope you load up on Minnesotta, because that is a losers bet.

Dallas wins by double digits.

See you on Monday.

You are exactly the type of asshole that ruins forums. There is no reason to attack this guy for his opinion.

But it's perfectly okay for you to attack me for my opinion.

Gotcha.

Laughable. I couldn't give a rat's ass about your opinion on the personnel breakdown of Dallas and Minnesota. Rather, I took exception to you taking personal shots at a member without cause.

You are exactly what we do not want in the handicapping forums.

The vikings are a good team...

The vikings are a good team...

And if anyone disagrees, they are wrong. There is areason they got the number 2 seed. However, if you base analysis on whats been going on the last half of the season, there really is no comparison. I think we have broken everything down, but look at whats going on. Minnesota has played like shit the last 5 games of the season. Yes they throttled the NY Giants, but anyone who watched that game knows the G-men looked like she-men. Other than that win, they were 1-3. Losses to Car, Chi, Arizona(granted this is a tough team, but they were shredded for 45 points last week). Taking a look at the Cowboys, they have basically played 5 playoff games in a row and have won convincingly in everyone of those games. The defense has arguably played the best football of any defensive team in the NFL. And Romo, come on, everyone saying he's due to shit the bed. How about this, he is overdue to play great down the stretch of a season since he's been horrible the last 3 seasons. Point being, you can't necessarily look at last year or the year before or the year before, etc to predict anything. Call me a homer or whatever, but there was no way I would have thought Dallas would have been playing this well at the end of the season. Sure its cool to see your team well, but the fact is Dallas has played better on both sides of the ball than Minnesota to end the season. Can't wait for this game at noon, looks like everyone else can't either.

if minny stops the run which i'm sure is their #1 priority then i see no way dallas will win thur the air. this minn team is a very very sound defense when focused and their offense is a get it done type that wins championships..anyway best of luck to all on their plays as minny will be LARGE for me..

Yep the Vikings did get their asses kicked by Arizona, Chicago, and Carolina.. Some differences though,, The Vikes played a conservative style until the second half of the Bears game then Childress realized that he is a dumb fuck and let Favre and Bevell take over.. If Childress decides to keep, Rice, Harvin, Berrian, Shianco and AP on the field for most of the game.. It is going to be hard for Dallas to stop.. If he plays with the Vikings out of an I with 2 tight ends then yes the Vikes will be in trouble.. Also, I know the Cowboys have been playing really good, but IMO the Vikings would kick the shit out of the Eagles at home twice as well.. It will be a good game.. I am just leaning with the home team and yes I am a HOMER!!

He finally figured it out...

or Brett figured it out for him

they scored 30 in that 2nd half

following week 44 in 3 quarters before calling off the dogs in the 4th.

anybody thinks this Viking team is not ready to spill their guts in this up coming game better think twice.

May not win..May not cover..

[nobody can cap the bounce]

But stone cold 1st ballot Hall of Famer w/33 TD's and only 7 INT's in 531 ATT's this season will have this bunch of hungry players focused and ready.

Directv..the only way to see every down of every game for every team..

:00hour

always better to see w/ya own eyes
