ok these are white teens that were not a threat to officers Hope he gets great lawyer sues his dick ass for assault.

Look. Not a single one of us can comment on the video because we weren't there. For all you and I know, it did smell like marijuana.
I do know one thing. You need to fucking listen to the cops. If they tell you 30 times to get out of the car, at first in a very polite and respecful manner- you need to get out of the car. Do you know why that guy was tased? Because he completely refused to get out.
Again- we can't debate the legitimacy of the initial traffic stop because none of us were there. But if a cop tells you to get out of the car, get the fuck out. It's not that hard. But too many people watch the youtube videos and think they give them the right to completely ignore authority.

I see no assault. Cops requested he leave the car over a dozen times. They went to the taser when he failed to comply. The 17yo thug either possessed contraband or is an asshole. Either way, this is on him

There was no need taze. I used to be a cop. You open the door, grab the dude, put him down on the ground and cuff him. You do not open the door and beat on him and taze him.
