A certified MO is something you can get at the post office. You can even cash it at the post office. It's the money orders version of a certified check. A lot of banks will give you pains if you try and cash certain money orders or if they're not certified.

PO money orders are some of the most counterfeited items on the planet. I don't think the fucking post office will even accept one!
