Whole site is full of ego's. The fact that people took the time to actually send an email for nominations and actually care THAT MUCH, says it all.

I'd say you care more than most people if you're constantly here when the majority of the site does not like you.
I hardly ever get on here anymore. Maybe once or twice daily, sometime not for days. Those posts are from way back when this site was actually used for handicapping instead of a ego/popularity contest.
Like I said, I only hang around to see plays from guys I respect on here. Or in the MMA forum.

What are the "specialties" of some of these guys with a lot of votes? I mostly only play football and basketball, and I recognize many of these names, but there are a couple I don't recognize as well. I'm thinking it might almost be worth delving into some other sports if some of these guys are getting votes based on a couple less-popular sports...

thad....as stated above it is too bad that 95 percent of madjackers pay attention to only football and basketball.
"penalty box" "off the wall" , "at the track" and "on the links" have many great guys on the site. You are missing out if you do not look there.
Sadly many good cappers have left "off the wall" but still some good ones there.

off the wall - used to go there few yrs back when was betting aussie football and nrl rugby....christo and quoapasi or whatever his name was, was pretty good at afl and nrl
at the track - never opened
on the links - scared to open :lol:
