Half a year has gone by and Wal-Mart (WMT) released results yesterday.

26 week sales results at Wal-Mart stores are up 5.5%, Sam?s Clubs are up 7.1% and the International operations are up 16.2%. Total sales results are up 8% vs. 2006.

ya Wal-Mart is great. They don't pay their employees benefits, even though they are one of the richest operations in the world, better yet, they encourage their employees to work part time, and collect Medicare. That way the working people can pay for Wal-Mart employees Health Care. Also as IO said, if you like buying & supporting Communist China, continue to shop Wal-Mart. For some people, money is Trump to anything, myself I don't support child labor, or communism. Don't like kids playing with lead toys, and believe in working conditions. Would rather pay the extra Buck and support my neighbors Family Business.

I'm just glad Wal-Mart is open 24 hours a day now. When they used to close, I would walk around the neighborhoods beating up little kids and spitting on old people.
