I just left the Zoo (footsbawl room) and thought I'd stop in here for some peace and quiet and also see if there's any RTJ's around. I got some EZ cash at Philly from Tue$ (think Hamster may have gotten some too and maybe hogman too.. GREAT to see that) and started thinking about the circus that's coming to town. Ut OH :mj08:
Breeder Cup races will be arriving THIS WEEKEND? I think so.
Maybe we could have a meeting among this forum's members
and see if anybody who follows the ALL STAR cast might have something for the BIG EVENTS. I sure could use all the help I can get for races involving real RACEhorses. Maybe somebody has some insight. Doesn't matter where ya post - here, your own thread, somebody else's ... just share it. Just maybe we can git a piece of that big BC cash
Oh, EVERYone is invited too. we gots plenty of chairs in the store room.
For me, IF I breakdown and decide to put TWO stinkin bucks on one of them All Stars, it would probably be because I SPOTTED it in the preraces. Haven't seen a "10" spotter in a long, long time and it is in these top noche races where one MIGHT show up. I've caught a few in Triple Crown events and one in a BC event quite awhile back. Dont' get me started with that sad story. He's gotta look REALLY, REALLY good though cause you know the kinda competitions he'll be facing. If I do see a "10" I'll be putting down much more the $2 but still not as much as I would put down in a non-circus event.
Come to think of it - I may even do an zacta box too cause you know about them BC payoffs. AND, after all, Philly will be racing on Monday and Tue$ and maybe I can get lucky and git my six bucks back.
Just a thought.
