Very professional looking job Jack! Is there a set number of designs that are available or can the home owner or business prepare a design?

You can have any design you want. Whatever your imagination desires.

Do you do pour the concrete or do you refinish existing concrete. Very impressive.

are there a lot of concrete driveways there?

I just started pouring too but the main biz is going over existing concrete.

And I don't pour either, I sub that out. I get a lot of leads for it so decided to get into that too.

Yes, but we do more patios than anything else, then pool decks, then garages, then driveways.

Driveways are expensive because they are usually big.

This example above is an economical way to do a driveway. I'm going to do a stamped driveway the week after next and I'll post that one too. Big money for that.

FDC does a lot of interior floors. I only get about 15% of my biz for interiors.

You can get a quality flake floor but quartz is the ultimate, IMO.

Durability.

how do you apply quartz ?

is it paint based ?

I have seen the flake on concrete that is sprinkled in to wet paint and it looks nice.

I have seen the flake on concrete that is sprinkled in to wet paint and it looks nice.

Epoxy, quartz granules to rejection, another coat of epoxy, another coat of quartz granules, and another coat of epoxy top coat.

Then you have the ultimate garage floor.

Many colors available.

You're talking $8-$10 per square foot depending on the floor prep involved. 3 car garage is usually 600 square feet.

The flake floors are around $5 per foot.

We use 1 gallon of epoxy per 100 square feet. Those shit DIY kits provide about 3 gallons for the whole job and will start peeling up in about 6 months. My floor will be permanent.

We use this machine to grind your garage floor.

And this vacuum conected to the grinder to eliminate dust.

We provide a pod to store your shit in while we do your floor and you keep it for 30 days to leisurely put your shit back where you want it. You have to stay off my floor for a week after completion.

If you have an oil stain on your driveway or garage floor there is an easy way to get rid of it.

Dampen a rag with regular gasoline and dab it on the entire area. Let stand for 3-5 minutes then take a torch with Mapp gas, propane takes longer as it won't burn as hot, and put it to the stain. The oil will burn out and the driveway will be white again.

Hope this helps,
FDC
