i don`t do this for just anybody....
ingredients:
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
(or use garlic salt,it`s easier)
1/2 tsp garlic powder(i use chopped onions in a jar)
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
the recipe calls for 1 stick of butter(f-ck that..i use a tbsp or two of light margarine...trying to avoid arteriosclerosis)
3 cups cheerios
3 cups wheat chex
3 cups rice chex
1 cup bite size pretzels....
i can of mixed nuts...
...................
prep:
melt the margarine and add the seasoning in a pan...stir...
add the goodies...
zap it into an oven at 250 degrees for an hour.... stirring every 15 minutes to coat ...
pull out after an hour,throw the mix on some paper towels to cool...
stick in a nice airtight container....should stay fresh for weeks....
unbelievable with beer...the best munchy i`ve ever had with beer as a matter of fact....
used to be called "nuts and bolts",i think.....
