Pt1gard, curious about your thoughts of the huskies going into the canyon. my feeling is that the husky defense is miserable and finally went up against a team with a semblence of an offense (and usc is included in the group that have weak offenses). they got exposed and i think cal manhandles them start to finish.

USC weak offense? INTERESTING. :mj03:
National Stats
The USC Offense is:
#25 in Total Yards (top 40 in both RUSH and PASS = balance)
#28 in Scoring (30ppg)
Offense: Turnovers Lost - #8 best in the country (#3 in Fumb, #8 in INT)
Also, impressive ball control stats for the USC Offense:
#9 - 1st downs per game
#5 - 3rd Down Conv (w/ only 6 games vs. 7 games for most teams)
#7 - 3rd Down Conversion Pct
#6 - 4th Down Conv (w/ only 6 games vs 7 for most others)
#13 - 4th Down Conv Pct
#8 - Time of Possession
This "weak" USC offense put up these stats facing the #1 rated strength of schedule which includes 3/6 games on the road! ALL BCS SCHOOLS!
Forget about inexperienced players and injuries. Forget about USC getting everyones best shot. Forget about scoring a min. 20pts in every game this season. Forget USC is 6-0 with this "weak" offense. Forget the #1 team in the country (Ohio St.) is ranked below USC in total offense! (USC played tougher SOS)
***Sometimes corrections are needed! I wouldn't want posters wrongly betting against USC thinking their offense is "weak." :nono:
Good luck with CAL. It should be a winner. CAL is looking great. Tedford would be smart to get starters out ASAP when game is in control. That would scare me a little.
