Thread programming note: I will be ending this thread to start a new one sometime between now and football season. It will be a continuation of my OGD Machine Shop thread.

The way to bet those Tom Delay parlays is to frontload your dog moneylines. Build up that payout amount, then at the end go chalk. You could get your heart broken but not even I would have the guts to take a plus ml past 6. At that point you can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I think I may have just discovered the reason for my dismal handicapping the past year. I went to get safety glasses for the Machine Shop. Found out it's free so that is right inside my current budget. The eye doc said my current Kareem Abdul Jabbar goggles (I broke my regular glasses after a badbeat) were actually too strong and keeping me from seeing tunty tunty. So when I'm betting these games, the teams and odds and spreads appear blurry and that's why I keep picking the wrong side. Now I'll be able to see clearly and be able to distinguish between winners and losers. :moon:
Win, lose are draw Friday I will borrow another $60 from Moose (my Machine Shop loan shark) on Saturday and place a ten team Tom Delay suicide parlay at Carib. Want to test this sukker out.
Here is the Deal or No Deal. These things will always be to win $100,000 no matter the opening wager amount. For $55 that means my payout odds will have to reach 1819-1.
Not worried about getting to ten. My concern is getting to 1819 and ASAP. I will need to average +112 in J Moneylines but I will try to push it push it real good the first five so I can Tom Cruise the second half of the parlay with heavy chalk and close the dirty deal with a ridiculous -2500 play.
I WILL win this bet. No hurry and I can pick my spots. I've won double digits in a row good and plenty of times. I can do it again but next time it will count and not be off a bullshitt $5 deposit.

And I better not lose that last play sitting at $95,000 after wnning the first nine. That would be the nightmare scenario. Would have no choice but to make one last bet whereas under normal bankroll situations I rarely (and when I do I always seem to lose) bet heavy chalk. I have no Fear Factor, though. I want to be in that position. When Level Three is on the line and there is only bet left, that's what I do!
