Got blacklisted in march myself....it has nothing to do with cashing out although that adds to it...it's if you send or receive lots of transactions of decent amounts to dudes with 4 names in the Philippines or Nicaragua or whatever...moneygram is still an option as most books who use western union use this too.

You could also get a crappy cheap fake I'd just for cash western union transactions and there are a couple books I know that will allow this...just explain your situation to them as it doesn't hurt to ask...won't say anymore in public forum.

It's no wonder you are an Admin here, you are always spot on with information.

I'm gonna PM you a list of people I think need banned, would you mind reading through it and letting me know what you are going to do?

Thanks

I cannot use WU for online or over the phone transfers with a credit card for (I think) the same reasons listed by Dodger.

I can go to an agent and send cash via WU but, I rarely use that option.

I've been using MoneyGram (the red phone at some grocery stores) which has been pretty easy to send cash with no limit. (no limit varies by sending state and overseas destination).

If you want to endure the trip, you can also use MG at WalMart and they actually are pretty efficient as they make those transactions all the time.

just rec`d a withdrawal via western union a few days ago(through a local grocery chain).....i don`t make many deposits or withdrawals so i had no issues.....

one thing i did notice that was different is that the grocery wouldn`t cash the check like they used to........and my bank wouldn`t cash the check...i had to deposit it.....

seemed strange because the funds in my checking acct alone way exceeded the withdrawal amt.....i usually just cash it out at the grocery....

i always send with a fake name.....they dont need to see any identification to send money.....but you need id to receive, i was blacklisted along time ago as far as recieving....
once you get so much sent to you they shut you off.
western union is just covering their ass i guess...i would imagine their profits have gone thru the roof since online gambling started yrs. ago...im sure they dont give a fuk how much u send/receive but the govt. has regulated it....and they gotta follow the rules.
moneygram is an option, too.
bet jamacia had a great idea before they went out....they send you a betjam credit card and you could use any atm to pik up your cash....

Thanks for the replies everyone.

I haven't posted picks in years and nobody is missing anything---trust me! :mj07: The way I bet baseball, I am steady but make lots of my picks right before gametime, so it would be hard for me to post them either way. I've just had a nice 2 year run of throwing darts at baseball.

I was especially worried because I had read of people getting blacklisted by WU and then SAR reports being filed, calls from Fed's etc. etc. etc. Maybe that stuff was just a boogie man, maybe not. Either way, enough to scare me.

Haven't had any issues with MG yet. I alternate payout methods, because many books only let you have so many by either method during 'X' period of time. I don't like check payouts, because I like having cash in hand, and no matter how good a book is, you never know when a check will bounce, due to the processor. Before you know it, a year later, that gets rectified. (roll eyes)

Why aren't you guys playing with locals? Most have online so convenience is there and it's cash in hand either way.

Maybe they are trying to support this website and it's sponsors. :0003
