Upstairs watching sports on the big TV.
I am sure you have seen un-cashed slot vouchers, or a few cents credit left on a machine....guess what?

LAS VEGAS (AP) ? State officials say Nevada has reaped more than $35 million in the last five years from gamblers who forget or don't care to cash in slot and video machine tickets at Nevada casinos.

The Las Vegas Sun reports (http://bit.ly/2i07Zhg ) that with coin-based slots a thing of the past, tickets are the new currency for players.

Machine-dispensed tickets are usually taken to casino cage or an automated kiosk similar to an ATM to be exchanged for cash.

But the Nevada Gaming Control Board directs winnings that aren't claimed within six months. The state general fund gets 75 percent of the revenue, and casinos get 25 percent.

Officials say casinos have provisions to handle damaged tickets, if they're legible, and even to replace lost or stolen tickets.

On the course!
I was at my local last week, and saw about 5-6 of these laying around. They were small, all less than $.50, but it did get me to thinking: It IS free money! If you walked around and collected these things, you would eventually have some real cash. Why is it any different than tossing your twenty-seven cents into a jar and adding it up at the end of the year?

I might do a vlog about this. I'll be Scooper97. No....make that TITO_Plenty.
