What is with Mike Tomlin?

The game isn't over 5 min. and he's crying about headsets. NFL operates everything to do with headsets, has nothing to do with New England, or patriot employees. NFL made a deal with Microsoft and went to Wi-Fi type operations this season. If I remember correctly, isn't Mike Tomlin the guy who pulled a Woody Hayes, and interfered and tripped Jacoby Jones returning a kickoff? What a clown!

I think the Patriots are in his head like the old Celtics used to be in everyones heads.

Ya gotta love it!

I didn't hear Tomlin blame New England for the headset problems. but he did say "it's always the case here". He is probably just pissed off because of the way they played. This wouldn't be anything to talk about in any other stadium. Pats entire organization will be under the microscope. And rightfully so...

then why did he bring it up? It's weak, and your a smart man, you know it's weak. Ridiculous reverse passes guy wide open doesn't get his feet in, missed field goals, jumping offside on the goal line, leaving one of the top handful of players in the league wide open. How many games did he get for that Woody Hayes move anyway? That's pretty comparable to probably letting some air out of football. You know, Bill Cowher admitted they filmed other team sidelines right? So did Jimmy Johnson, so did Shanahan so did many. Only difference is Bill Belichick like a arrogant idiot kept on doing it after they were told to stop. Anyway, good luck, hope you guys have a good season. Pittsburgh probably my second favorite team.

I believe the dfference with jimmy and cowher filming....they did it during games when they are already televised and you can see everything regardless

Pats were going to what are supposed to be team practices and while there recording...at least I believe that is the case....if so, im sure that is why the public holds them more accountable

I think it was weak though as well....pats beat em ....straight up....crazy thing is pitt could've/would've/should've....they had ample chances...not covering gronk is laughable....they should be embarrassed by lack of focus and prep....its fucking gronk....thats like going to the zoo and not realizing the animals are present...terrible

The thing that sucks for patriots is regardless of what they did/didnt do, they will always be marked for it.....and with brady/bilichek around, they didnt need to....they are both amazing at what they do and would win regardless....

Either way, Tomlin a baby and shitty coach....the teams he won with were filled with cowhers guys and the leaders on that team were everywhere....they couldve been succesfull with mangini as a coach and all he does is liquidize talent and ruin seasons...

Since "tomlins" guys and staff had a chance to really put their stamp on things its been a lot of missed draft picks and .500 seasons....leveon is only pick he has hit on....although Shazier could be great....

Tomlin should have said "they were the better team and Ray Finkle killed us."

Mike Tomlin is overrated! He got handed Bill Cowhers team and milked that for a couple years. Other than that he hasn't done much other than being AVERAGE at best as a coach. Pitt's gone as far as they will go with this guy. They need some new blood. My 2 cents

The only thing I like about the Steelers is Tomlin ("obviously") and Big Ben.

Where it is real F ing COLD
he should worry about his coaching. first possession going down new England's throat then have a gadget play for an 8 yard loss. how about 3rd and 7 late and runs the ball. how about leaving gronkowski untouched

You and I definitely don't have common teams we like. Holy shit!

Jack, I grew up around the corner from Schaeffer/Foxborough/Sullivan Stadium. Was jumping the fence and sneaking in to patriots games when I was 10 years old. Nobody really gave a shit because they won two or three games a season. Pittsburgh was the team, and always TV games. Who the hell couldn't like Jack Lambert, Mean Joe Greene, LC Greenwood, Ernie Holmes, Mel Blount, Franco, Rocky Bleier. That shit from when you were a kid sticks with you. Couldn't like the Cowboys, or the Dolphins. Who did you like when you were a kid, I'm guessing you must've been a Colts fan.

He didn't bring it up , he was asked about it in post game interview. Trust me I'm not going to defend him as a coach cause I don't like him, but one thing he is not and that's a whiner. That title is held by someone in Baltimore. Right Jack? Lol...

Yep, and a Colts fan cannot be liking the Steelers. :0008

Have to disagree here. Brown, Timmons, Decastro, Pouncey, Bryant are all great picks. However they have no clue how to pick corners, in fact they ignore the position on draft day year after year. Which is shocking cause Tomlin is a former defensive and secondary coach. A few busts like Shamarko Thomas and Jarvis Jones are killing them along with wasting a 3rd rounder on Dri Archer and not even let him sniff the field.

The Pats DID NOT tape teams practices. They taped teams defensive signals, which you were allowed to do, but just not from the sideline, which is what they were doing. :0008
