For a couple of big reasons. #1, it means NE would have been beaten, which would just suit me just fine. And, I would just love Favre over SDiego, the only matchup that I really like the numbers for. The line would be 3-4 and I would hammer it. But, it's not gonna happen.

because of the ny market...i think the giants/ne game will pull in as big an audience as the ne/gb game...
Are we just pipe dreaming? I think NE vs Anyone will be a record draw, simply because its history. All of the standard superbowl hoopla, plus NE going for 19-0.
No way they lose tomorrow, the pats....so we ought to reduce this down to a show of hands:
A. NE v GB
B. NE v NYG
I think its GB. And you'll have Farve v Brady. Great game, dripping story lines
Blitz I was down in NO in 97 and the packer fans were great!! Buying beers for pats fans...I don't think that happen w/the eagle fans in Jack.
