According to that second video, he's being charged as a juvenile. FUCK THAT! I would charge him as an adult with the highest level of assault possible. Make sure all his asshole buddies see what happens when you pull shit like that.

Exactly! The only thing that will happen charging him as a juvenile, is that it will prove to all his buddies that they can get away with anything as long as they aren't 18 yet.

I wish in clear cut cases like this our justice system had eye for an eye. They should tie that kids hands down and force him upright and let that victim hit him the same way.

The DOJ had a breakdown of crime statistics but when Obama took office they were either buried or removed.
theres a difference...the one you posted was some sort of school vendetta or bullying.....these kids obviously had prior contact....the others appeared totally random....for kicks....laughs....for the pure enjoyment of maiming someone else....
