My older brother had plenty vinyl LPs, I don't recall the first one I owned.
I do recall the first 45rpm I bought was this oldie!

my first CD, early 80s, was a poor transfer of Steely Dan album (a problem that plagued many early CD issues. Jimi Hendrix suffered a lot from this). My scratchy Steely Dan vinyl sounded alot better.

My first cassette musta been some disco thing to get the gals dancing at the parties (uh, that's the excuse anyway).
