Immediately? Charter a plane to vegas with 15 of my closest friends, bankroll them each 10k, only rule is that it HAS to go towards booze, gambling, strippers or escorts. Live it up like true whales in Vegas- probably would blow a good 300-400k.

Hang a closed for business sign on my door, give each of my staff 6 months severance pay so they can enjoy it and take their time getting a new job.

College accounts with prob 250k a piece for my 2 kids, 3 nephews, 4 nieces, my cousins' kids, etc.

Call my brother in law and tell him he never has to work again. Buy my sister and him the home of their dreams and give them a few million on top.

My mom is pretty content, not sure what she would want.

Help out some extended family who have some financial issues.

Hire a personal chef and trainer and get in the best shape of my life.

Cruise through the directv guide and decide which sporting even I am going to charter a jet to for the evening- probably do this for a year.

I'd stay home for a while to spend as much time with my kids as possible. Perhaps I'd go out to Montana/Wyoming, buy a ranch with a few 1000 acres- live off the land, home school my kids, just live life free of all the peripheral stuff (this is after my sports binge, of course).

Do a lot of non-profit volunteering.

Can you tell I've thought about this? I've been on long car rides where I pass the billboard for powerball, go into dream mode, and 'come to' about 30 miles later....and wonder how in the hell I kept the car on the road.

$320 million dollars and part of your dream would be putting your loyal employees out of work?

Prick.

Huh? I'd sell my practice, and I guess it would be up to the buyer to decide who he retains.

A prick wouldn't give them 6 months of severance.

So...I guess by your reasoning, despite winning 350 million, I need to keep working to employ my staff? HAHAHAHHA

Holy shit you are a dumber motherfucker than I thought. I feel bad for you bro, your life must really be miserable if you are trying that hard-

don't take workers to raise as children

they work..we pay..

6 months severence a fair exit package..

might consider bringing in a replacement DDS to take over the day to day operations..

then all could keep their jobs..

but certainly not a must do..

$320 million dollars and you can't hook them up with something better than six months of minimum wage?

Sad, really.

I like that you would need to "sell" the practice. you've got over a quarter BILLION dollars and you can't give that practice to someone who would keep people employed? I'd say that is the LEAST you could do. Especially considering you are gonna blow more than that in a weekend in Vegas.

I hope your staff knows how little you think of them.

Of course- it would be unethical to abandon my patients without provisions in place.

My avg employee makes 19 dollars/hr, plus healthcare, plus profit sharing/401k match, free dental for themselves and kids, paid vacation and sick time.

That's the new minimum wage?! Holy shit, GO OBAMA!

HILARIOUS you think staff are 'owed' something. Let's flip it...if they won, do you think they'd give me 6 months severance when they give me 2 weeks notice the next day.

I now understand you, PF. You're like most of the lazy slobs in America- sitting their with your hand out. I paid my way through undergrad, dental school. No silver spoon here. Another 500k in debt to open my doors with zero patients. Guess what happens to my staff if I go belly up? They go get a job down the street. Guess what happens to me?

You're right, I'm loyal to only one thing, my family.

Yea, I get it. I just hope whomever wins all that money does something good with it and not just worry about blowing it in Vegas and putting people out of work, you know?

For what it's worth, I won't even have a ticket.

Convenient how you ignored pretty much all the great things I'd do for my family and relatives you douche.
