what's the first movie you remember seeing at the movies?

not positive but either ben hur, psycho, the birds or a john wayne movie. my grandma took me every week. those are some good memories.

at the paramount on belair rd in overlea in baltimore.

i know GW saw many movies at the irvington theater. i remember paying 15 cents for a saturday show when i was a kid.

loved going to the movies with my parents....

Not sure of the first but the one that remember that I liked the most was the Billy Jack movies and the Trinity movies.

I am sure that I saw Wizard of Oz and Sound of Music before those

We were even given 3-d glasses so the creature would look more real.

Also, my mother gave me a handkerchief to put on the top of the upright part of the chair so if my head touched the fabric I wouldn't catch ringworm.

it was a drive in movie, double feature - i was probably 4 year's old.

i have no idea what the first movie was, which was intended for my brother's and my viewing, but i do know the second movie was Patton.

George C Scott in the beginning of the movie with the american flag behind him sticks in my mind, and then i assume i fell asleep.

I bithced pissed and moaned that all my friends got ot go see Jaws and and I didn't and kept bitching until one day right after dinner, big boy said,"You want to go see it?" "Well Yeah"!

So I did. He calmly dropped me off at the theater, walked up and purchased one ticket and gave me a few pence for a soda and told me to get in there and enjoy myself..............I was like.................."Alone..............you aren't coming in"?
"Nah, Ive already seen it". So I did. I don't ever remember another time in my life where I was actually cold, whimpering and terrified when I left the theater and scared to death of a damn bathtub.
