i just ate one of those bags of Snyders pretzels that are buffalo wing flavored. I think if u ate a bag of these a day it may be worst then 1 and 2.

Probably cigs, if one's overdoing each.
Moderation and none will waste you before your time.

Don't get started on the herb.
Safer than a baby on the 13th floor of a bank execs home, IMO.

What if I beak it down to these 3 choices.
I would say it does depend but if you drank a bottle of scotch every day, smoked a bag a weed everyday, or smoked 3 packs per day.

All would be very bad but i think the booze would kill ya the first, cigs would probably make you feel the worst, and pot would make you the dumbest.

Here's my thought.....

A factor like family history really has an effect on what's worst to each individual. Someone might be more susceptible to liver damage than lung cancer. So to each case, it's not really comparing apples to apples.

Also, as mentioned before, there is no real way to quantify how much of each is considered overdoing it each day. There's a big difference in drinking a fifth of something vs dringing a texas mickey of something. Same as there's a big difference in smoking 20 cigs vs smoking 30 cigs a day. The cumulative effects are significant.

Finally, my only other point to be made is that of the 3 vices mentioned, only 1 doesn't "impair" you. If you drink and smoke weed, they have the ability to impair you. That absolutely should be taken into consideration.

Just my two cents

Sponge, so I guess your answer is Pot? I can see that side of it now that you say you got stoned and couldn't stop eating. Pot leads to over eating so it's your answer.

2-1 with pot a distant 3rd out of these three. Agree with Agent and Saint that poor eating habits are way worse than pot.

Until I recently shut it down, I was a regular pot user for 20 years.......since I was 16. It has a tendancy to make me overeat (especially at night), but I found no other ill effects.

The reasons that I stopped was fear my kids would catch on like that "I learned it from you, Dad" commercial from the 90s, plus I recently started a new biz venture in which future contract acquisition (on state level) may require screening.

Smoking cigarettes makes no sense to me at all, as there is no buzz provided. No gain at all, just a slew of side effects. Bad idea all the way around. Booze in moderation is no issue to most, although drinking alone doens't suit me at all, so I usually booze only in social settings.

Sounds just like me and exact reasons why I stopped. I use to say I would never stop smoking but then my kids got a little older and and the risk became greater than the reward. I would never want my kids to associate a smell later in life to one from their youth.

My brother in law does the same, and he also has rheumatoid arthritis and the pot helps with that. Unfortunately he has been unable to quit, but one of my nieces is 6 and it won't take long before she's in on it. For many people it's not, but for others it's a gateway drug and the last thing I want is my nieces starting pot at 12.

I still think drinking...

Idk the answer so asking it... Do any of u pot or former pot smokers smoke it all day long? Isn't one enough?

I've seen some people in pretty bad shape from smoking, but the youngest who were terminal were at least in their 50s.

Unfortunately, I have known of people in their 30s, 40s, and on up that died from liver disease from excessive drinking. I also think that most people who regularly drink in excess also drive impaired which of course is another huge associated risk factor. Remember that poll on here a few years ago?

If u added food to this poll, I would make it second to alcohol and maybe even bump it up to #1.

Cigs definitely < alcohol though in my experience taking care of sick people nearly the majority of my life.

Six, I think pot is just like drinking. Some people do it all day and some just smoke a little and are not any different than someone having a couple of beers or a glass of wine when they get home from work. I know that my wife and I were both like that.
