I am not Chinese. It's gay (to me) to even try. It's like being a poser. No, it doesn't make you cool or sophisticated, it just looks stupid.Yeah, I get it that it's not that big of a deal, it just seems...silly.

Some of you need to loosen up. Why all the hangups? Life is too short to worry about looking cool or what the person next to you thinks. If you like to use chopstix, then do it.

Sorryy to hear about ur rental. I feel ur pain. Right now we are operating at 100% occupancy, but I ran into problems a few months ago whem a scumbag stopped paying and forced us to evict him. He tied up that unit for 3 months including repair time, not to mention he cost us another 2 months rent in repair cost. It was the equivalent of taking in no rent for half of 2010, and I do not have enough rental units to absorb that type of hit and remain profitable.
