So Cal
Oyster Bar at Palace Station is a cant miss. only downside is the 1 hour plus wait times during peak hours.
open 24 hrs. the Pan Roast is one of my alltime favorites.

for Italian , Casa di amore on flamingo 4 miles south of the strip. open till 2am & later on weekends
awesome spicy style marina, good ole fashion vegas italian.

Carnegie Deli @ Mirage sports book. Classic NYC deli, giant sandwhiches feed 2 easily

White Castle @ Casino Royale. east coast classic

Mon ami gabi @ Paris....outside seating looks into the belagio water show.
Filet /W Peppercorn sauce is great!

Chinese @ Gold Coast ....Ping Pong Pang...or something like that.
really good dim sum carts at lunch time

the Cafe @ Ellis Island is great too. the chicken fried chicken is simple and really good. $10 NY steak is very tasty. the BBQ is good too.

Well our Vegas trip is over and here's my take on our vegas-eats:

Gaida- modertely pricey but very good food and appetizers. Service was attentive and fast. Scotch selection wasgreat with the barkeep offerring many free samples...A+

Hell's Kitchen- my burger was very tastey but came overcooked. They offerred to replace but with a 10+ minute wait, I passed. The fries were also a bit tepid, they brought new ones pronto. Service was spot on B-

Ping Pong Pang- my dish of chicken with mixed veggies was fresh and delish. Others also comented on very good meals. Drink selection sucked as did service B-

Sadly we never made it to others on my list due to timing and my wife's upse tummy, but we'll return and hit up the Pizza rock, Hole in da wall Italian, In n out burgers and others for sure. funny thing is when we're out in Vegas we typically don't eat 3 meals a day....its generally snacks in our room and one good meal. Overall had a great time with wins in MLB (thanks Krismanda and Double Two) plus 140, Pai Gow (plus 85) and strangly roulette (plus 425). Slots were brutal at minus 365, with penny slots being the most kind. Thanks again for all the great suggestions boys! :0008
