My wife makes pretty good white, I'll ask her for the recipe. I know you need white wine, that's what got me started on the wine kick. I drank the rest she didn't need. :SIB

Tried this one without the cream. Pretty good. I used a shit load of red pepper seeds. Will add mushrooms next time.
