I carry a fully loaded tape gun with a six pack of refills in case I get into trouble.
My thinking is if I did carry a weapon I sure wouldn't be broadcasting it.

I carry a .45 and a 9mm everyday, everywhere, depending on the particular state I am in. Also carry a fully loaded Ak in the trunk when traveling long distances by road. Don't know that I will ever need them but nice to know if I do, they aren't far.
