So after all the quick replies I did some research and there was slim pickens from last year. Lots of excuses as to a weird season and bad coaching.

So as to my limited time and patience I came up with only 2 cappers over 55% - volfan and Senor Capper.

I had Raymond, Fletcher, Hoops, NDNfan under 50%. Anyone have any season stats for last year?

I don't know where you got your information on Fletcher's picks, but I can document that his service plays in the NFL were 47-21. That is just "slightly" higher than 50% would you not agree?

ferdville - I didn't say Fletcher didn't do well in his service last year, I said he didn't do well in his free plays listed here.

thats no way to make friends and influence people.

You need to just shut up about it your being a idiot.

Part of the challenge of being at madjacks is to figure out who really knows what they are doing.

We call these guys the good handicappers. There are many good ones here. There are also some great ones. You will have to figure that out for yourself.

I will clue you in to a little madjacks secret I found out.

Along with the steady winning players that post here there is also a small group of newcomers and other not so well knowns that come in.

They will get on streaks and run off 10-0 streaks.

The challange is to recognize the streak. Its not easy but I have learned to see the streaks coming.

By the time they are saying look at me I am 5-0 , I have already won two bets with them. The same thing works with the good handicappers except streaks happen more and they are harder to recognize.

If you know how to recognize a streak then you can make some big cash. And after all thats what its all about when everything is said and done.

Its rude to just come out and ask like that. Its your job to find people that are smart players who you can trust.

And then some day when you grow up you can figure out how to make your own plays and post them in here before game time.

Hope that helps

football is best for betting.

stomie what does % have to do with winning money- units or winnings is what matters you could be at 50% but up 100 units or % or whatever- if you truely follow someones advise the amount of winners or losers one plays really does not matter unless your playing even money every game- most good cappers rate there plays. and since your time is so valued- recognize the people who post winners give alot of there valued time to post there info. gl

Taken from NDNFan

Why would you want to vary a bet from say 1* to 10* like many undisciplined sports services suggest? Even if one of these so called professional's 10* hits at a 10% better clip than say a 2*, what justifies putting 500% more on the bet when history shows you're only gaining a 10% edge?? Throw the fact that fickle fate could decide your outcome and make all your handicapping work worthless for that particular game?.Well enough said here?Simply put this is bad advice!

Everyone is so hostile on this site. Wouldn't you rather learn from everyone rather than post your picks with no input or record of previous results?

stormie, i was at 56% last year in college football for the regular season...but poor money management made my record look like this:

2002 NCAA football : 96 - 76 = +5.55 units

Last year was my first full year capping college football.....I plan to do better this year....;)

hey stormie, don't worry about people criticizing you here....it's good to voice your opinion, inspite of what people think....that's the best part about this site....watching other people get dumped on.....

hell, i think everyone would love to find a capper that's hitting over 55% of their 500 plays;), but that's few and far between here.....so it's best to just lurk and yeah, like scotty said, if you can't find that capper, cap your own games...

good luck in your quest.

IE, Steel City and gsp are the three sharpest that I can think of off the top of my head. Jack and Nolan have had some great seasons as well. I won't evaluate anyone with a service because I don't subscribe to services.

Scott Atlanta makes a good point in one respect. You can definitely find whom to avoid if you pay attention to how their ups and downs go. I don't know if you can really handicap whom to follow, but you can definitely pick out whom to avoid if you look closely. Good luck.

Thunder is worth a mention, too. He replied in this post and I freakin' forgot him. Unbelievable. And I forget if Kosar posts consistently but he knows what he's doing. GL.
