I just started....maybe about a month now. You can probably check it out in recent FB pics of me.

I don't know anyone else with one, and had no clue what it was called until this thread.

I dunno whether it is good or bad...like anything else, just a matter of preference.

I usually go with a scruffy look, but am shaving more than ever before, and prefer having some facial hair, so went this route. I once tried a moustache, but got rid of it after 2-3 weeks cuz everyone kept commenting on it. I have gone with a goatee, which was also short-lived, but apparently not as noteworthy.

IMO, it looks like shit. The full beard or mustache has never bothered me but those things I don't like. Hope I'm not offending anyone.
