Dropped mine in the mail Saturday along with estimated 1st quarter 2007 taxes.
Uncle Sam never gets an interest-free loan from me. My tax bill went up this year, but thats because I made a lot more $$ in '06 than in '05....

mine went out friday---thought I'd avoid the rush as I'm sure all those against the tax cuts will be flocking to get in those voluntary excess contributions today.
Yeah, I stopped by the PO today
but almost took it to IRS office last week. Buddy of mine once was fined and assessed buncha money for "late payment"--even tho he mailed it weeks earlier than necessary!
He even sent it certified mail as his accountant suggested, but IRS said that only proves he sent mail to them, not tax return. IRS obviously lost it, but by law IRS don't make mistakes. So he now gives it to them in person and gets reciept copy stamped by IRS---that's the only way to prevent his bad luck from happening again!

Mailed mine about 2 hours ago. I just kept holding on to the envelope and the lady was laughing. She was trying to get it away from me and I didnt want to let it go. "IT'S MINE!"
Biggest check I have written to this date. Also had the 1st quarter estimate. (OUCH). Oh well, going to have a few beers to celebrate.
