the moderators were the story...they want trump and some other non-establishment types out so bush has a clear path to the nomination.....

I guess I still like Christie out of the group on stage. Other than kicking Rand Paul's ass I doubt he did much to improve.
that was a solid moment for him....the pro-bush bias was palpable......
tell you what...I would never vote for Bernie sanders because he is an avowed socialist....but I honestly respect the hell out of him for being an honest and forthright guy....
he tells you what he is...he tells you what he believes..he lays his platform out there and you feel like you can make a decision based on an honest set of policy positions....I don`t doubt he`d do exactly what he says he`d do...

I never saw a debate where the questions were designed to make one guy look bad. Disgusting...but then again it is Fox.
If they they Jeb any more softballs he would have to put on a skirt and knickers!
He's a Bush, how many big words did you think they'd user. They gave him questions you'd normally see written in crayon on double lined paper just to be sure he could understand them. Like I said, he's a Bush

Trump clearly won the debate. Ted Cruz was very solid. Rand Paul and Ben Carson did well too. In my opinion the other candidates are non-factors. If I had to rate their performances:
1. Trump
2. Cruz
3. Paul and Carson (tie)
I loved Ben's joke in his closing remark: "I'm only one who removed half a brain, but if you went to Washington, you'd think someone beat me to it."

I must have watched another debate because I thought that Paul made an ass of himself. In fact, of the four you mentioned, I believe that Carson was the only one who aided his cause. Cruz was OK. Though no Huck fan here, I thought he fared well as did Marco Rubio.
