You didn't read the thread then.

I think Michael Jackson, The Beatles, and Elvis are more than likely the top 3 superstars of the modern era.

From a full recognition stand-point my guess is that Madonna is not that far behind these people.

Bill Clinton is probably way up there as well.

I bet Steve Jobs on a global scale is much lower than current Americans would think.

Then you could go Mickey Mouse? That little fucker has been doing his thing for a while!

Prob Elvis has to be in there, prob #1

Ali maybe.

These 2 were known over the whole world as superstars.

Yeah, Pele, Michael Jackson but I think Elvis is bigger than they are.

The Beatles?

OOPS, My Apologies. It was lost to me in all the SUPER DAVE comments. :0008

No one of age during his time of greatestness couldn't include him (ALI) in conversation

Einstein was a pretty big rock star in his day.

Neil Armstrong, whether he landed on the Moon or in Arizona, either way... Superstar

Bob Marley - Still influencing people 30 years after his death

Bruce Lee - Would whoop your ass if you disagreed on his rock star status

Many factors go into Superstardom (of all time)and everyone has their own criteria. 3 of mine are:
1. Are they known universally by one name for their achievements?
2. Are they known in the most remote locations of the world?
3. Are they known universally by other generations years after their greatness?

Just my opinion :0008
