It doesn't matter who is calling the plays.........When your quarterbacks are Blaine Gabbert and Chad Henne it is going to be a long year:facepalm:

Jedd Fisch from the Canes. There is not one position that Jacksonville dominates on the field. Our first round pick Luke Joeckel was a turnstyle last week. Appears these first year coaches don't have a clue as well.

But, whoever is also correct, why use whomever?
I'm assuming it is more than one person in on the play calling. When choosing between whoever and whomever, you use whomever when referring to the multiple option.
