No need for me to post, but I will....
Auburn + anything is free money, Bama can't hang. I would love for one person on here to tell my why Bama will win this game. :toast:

because they are at home...

I wouldn't touch this game with a ten ft pole... this game stinks to high hell imo...

I agree that home field is the only reason they are favored. I wouldn't touch the game if Auburn was laying more than 6.

If this game were at Auburn, I would pound Auburn if the line was under 4, but this is going to be a very very tough one for Auburn to win imo... They have to play almost perfect to stay in it... Bama is very tough at home...

but I do hope your team comes out on top rush... :mj06:

Yes they are, I never claimed not to be. I think everyone knows where I stand. Homer or not, Auburn should not be a dog to this Bama team. :0074

I won't have any money on the game but they most definitely should be a dog at Bama. We'll see what happens though.

Bama can score with Auburn, esp. in the passing game. Newton is going to have to make plays throwing the football downfield, not just with his feet.

Alabama has home field and a better(more proven) coach. Those two things are always big in rivalry games.

Here is another question - IF Auburn loses and beats Carolina in the SEC Champ. game, do they go ahead of Boise and TCU if both are still undefeated?

Clearly, the SEC Championship game has become more important to Auburn than this game IMO.

I will continue to stir the pot so yall can keep bitchin:argue:

Homefield
Better coach
Better Defense (Bama defense at home is a lot different than Bamas D on the road)
Auburn allows 4.7 ypr on road Bama ypr at home is 5.1.

Those four alone are a winning combination any day of the week in college football.

All the "experts" say, that Auburn has a "good chance" of still making the NCG with one loss. However, the backlash may be too big if they do that. It's possible, but not likely.

This will be only Auburn's 4th road game of the year... 2 of the 3 road games were won by a FG... I think both teams are very good but this game will come down to which coach can find the chink in the armor... I have to go with Saban here... Auburn pass D is 100th and I think Julio and Maze will have big days... I also wouldn't be surprised to see Ingram line up at WR and catch some balls in the flat like he did against MSU... Bama on D is solid... 7th overall... 14th Pass D... 22 rush D... 3rd scoring D...

Now I'm not saying Auburn will get blown out or won't score but I think Bama holds off Aub late with the home crowd and wins 28-23

I bought back 50% this morning.

My reasoning, there are easier games to wager.

Thanks for all the good info thus far.

You would LDB if you lived in this state. I like Auburn + points and that is what I believe as the homer that I am:mj07:
Vegas lines have been under valued vs Auburn for much of the year which has helped me make money as a Homer. This game is no exception!!
The coaching staff is also undervalued by most especially our head coach whom is playing against the mighty Nick Saban.
The almighty line of +4 is bulletin board material for a team that has as much talent as any in the country..........
I am laying my money down on this team, even if they lose, which I feel they will win.......i would still be up on wagers with them this year. GL and War Damn Eagle:toast:

Are you people watching the same Bama Defense as me or do you just look at box scores? Jeeesus by reading the opinions on here you would think Bama's defense is great.

I guess I was the only one watching the Bama-LSU game?? LSU put up over 400 yards offense. Prior to the Bama game all the Tide backers talking about how they weren't a threat because "No way LSU scores on Bama's raw ass defense". Get the hell out of here. Anyone telling me how good Bama's defense is needs to watch some more games.

They are very good In the Redzone. I will give them at. But the worst tennessee team in 20 years put up 160 yards on the ground against them. Auburn will rush for 300

Will Cam be able to pass against them? Well stephen garcia threw for 300+ so... I'd say 100%

As for "BAMA'S DEFENSE AT HOME" argument:

Tell me one good team bama has played at home this year. LOTS of talk about Auburn's weak road schedule. But coincidently NOBODY is talking about the fact that Bama hasn played 1 Ranked Team at home this year = Mississippi State (#25).

So, in an attempt to understand the other side of my biggest bet of the year, Someone tell me which game the "Bama Defense At Home" impressed you. If you say they dominated against the Juggernaut offenses of SJST, PSU, UF, OM, MSU, or GAState - I will get a good laugh. Oh wait..... that's all they've played at home this year.

Bama Defense at Home is RAW!!!!!!!!! haaaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
