MadJack..you cannot pay attention to just the numbers when it comes to McNabb. Plays like these are indications of his true value.

Trailing, 11-10, in the third quarter, the Eagles faced third-and-20 from their own 15-yard line in the third quarter. McNabb escaped a Giants rush and fired a 21-yard completion to Avant over the middle. It shifted field position for the Eagles. More important, it kept alive a drive that led to David Akers' 35-yard field goal that gave the Eagles a 13-11 lead they never relinquished.

Another critical third-down conversion came after Avant's play. On third-and-10, McNabb hit running back Correll Buckhalter for a 19-yard gain to the Giants 22.

He played a good game considering the poor weather conditions.

Top 3 Quarterback? Geez, why all the love for McNabb is right?

I would take Brees above McNabb without hesitating anyday. Probably Brees, a healthy Romo, and maybe Big Ben as well. Warner has enjoyed a much better season than McNabb as well.

Wayne ur right if Eli doesn't play so horribly Mcnabs numbers would look even worse. Its nauseating the way ESPN wants everyone to love McNab. Lets not forget that the defense does a majority of the job for Mcnab like it has been for his whole entire career.

you ever notice that there isn't another quarterback in the last five years who gets coddled by ESPN like McNab does. Just like this thread that was started. Anyone ever see another thread like this about any other quarterback?

You guys really don't get it. Who is McNaabs best wr? Curtis? Reggie Brown? Desean Jackson?

The one year he had a playmaker he went to the superbowl.

Yea Romo is great, how many playoff games has he won.. and Brees as well?

McNaab has been a constant winner..

Eagles were 5th in ppg on OFFENSE. God forbid someone talk reason and actual stats with anyone here.

Not an eagles fan but IF mcnabb wins a superbowl this year he becomes borderline hall of fame. That would be his 6th NFC championship game, second super bowl, and a super bowl win would put him in that top 3.

For all the great things brees and romo have done they don't have a 10-5 post season record. And mcnabbs career QB rating is in the top 15 all time
