49's are Kc with way better talent. SF + points next week if its against Packers it will be a 3 point game either way.

Did you watch any of the game, or did you just wave your "D"-Fence sign around your living room?

The defense allowed SF to put 17 points on the board, while keeping NO off of it.

After all of that was said and done, NO still managed to "eek" out 32 points.

That's a swift defense right there!

Like I said.....defense won't mean shit this year.

I agree it was certainly not a dominating performance by the Niner-D, but come on this is a ridiculous statement. You're seriously making the argument that the 5 TOs didn't "mean shit"? Defense is more than simply points allowed. As you later stated, TOs directly led to 17 points that Niners probably don't get otherwise and kept the Saints O off the field. Therefore the defense most definitely DID "mean shit" in this game.

Miss America looks to be well under 2 bills. (Just one more stupid fucking statement by your dumb ass.)

Oh, and thanks for making my point, brainiac. Green Bay hasn't won a single game on defense, yet SOME-fucking-HOW......they are 15-1. Go figure.

And johnnyonthespot? Of course the 5 TOs meant "something". It meant SF "only" needed 36 points of offense to win that game, and not 45!

Come on, Man!

I can't win, though.

If the Pack loses 45-42, some dildo will tell me how the Giants defense "did the job".

:00hour

I just hope me and you are still both rooting next week!

Exactly YYZ. They played exactly one half of one crappy game all year. Actually played pretty well 2nd half of KC game. Like no team in history has ever gone to KC and not played well, last I checked it is one of the tougher venues. Not to mention they were jacked up for their new coach.

15-1. Yet everyone in the world was loving N.O. and they way Brees was playing, as they should. BUT they lost to lowly TB AND St Louis on the road, which so many swept away.

We shall see, anything can happen as witnessed with Pitt at Denver. But I see a healthy Packer team (Jennings, Clifton, Bulaga, Starks back on offense and a rested Woodson, Pickett, Hawk, Bishop and Burnett time to heal).

Capers extra time to dial some new looks up for the Defense in the playoffs...

Packers 37-24. Offense Baby.
