Why is Romo still in this league?

I guess I don't see how Romo has been the biggest problem the Cowboys have - or have had - over the years. No doubt that last pic was out of frustration - after Bryant pulls his dumbass play - AGAIN. This team needs a helluva lot, starting with a head coach that would chew some ass and require people to be responsible for their actions and play.
But until Jones is not the decision-maker, the team will always be partially bullshit, IMO.

Jason Garrett has Halted Romo from being an Elitle QB with his play calling as the Offense Coord and now the Head Coach.
Jason Garrett is the Worst Head Coach in the league and one of the Worst Play Callers in the League.
