I will tell you why. We all know Navy has one of the worst schedules in D1. But its worse than even I thought.
Navy played two types of teams this year: Legitimate programs and NCAA doormats. The legitimate programs:
ND, Stanford, Maryland, and Rutgers. These teams went a combined 26-18, and 2 of them will be in bowl games. The other two wouldve been bowl eligible if they had won one more game. Navy went 0-4 against these teams.
The NCAA doormats:
Temple, Kent St., Army, Rice, Tulane, Air Force, and Duke. Words can not describe how awful these teams are, seriously.
One team didnt win ONE SINGLE GAME all year. THREE of them only won ONE GAME!
ONE team only had TWO wins!
These 5 teams combined for a 5-50 RECORD!!!!
The other two "all-stars" went a combined 8-14, truly nothing to boast about either.
No disrespect to Navy's program. They had a great season, and any team that wins 7 games should be proud of what they've done. But if they were in a conference, they wouldnt be in a bowl game this season.
You cant tell me a team is legitimate when their "best wins" are against Army and Air Force.
