SI, obviously from your logo, you follow the Padres more than me. I was just watching the game on digital cable and having a few Bucks on it, admittedly it was frustrating watching the manager first pull Lawrence, who had been cruising fairly effortlessly with a low p c. Otsuka clearly didn't have his stuff yesterday, he was missing location badly, falling behind every hitter and had like 25 pitches before the game tying Hit. As I said the manager looked even worse when Hammond came out and had a 5 pitch 9th inning. Maybe that isn't Hammond s role, Hell I can't believe he is still in the majors. I remember Hoffman closing many 4 out games in years past, maybe since his arm trouble that is something they don't want him doing, I don't know.
But as I said, you probably know the pads better than I, just was blowing off some steam, I had that game already counted a win.
