I'm liking the smell of this one. Hopefully this is the first of many casinos to get involved.

I called their investor relations idiots before Xmas and was told I would be getting an email update in "the next few days," and haven't seen anything yet. I have never had good luck with these clowns and will try and call the company sometime next week to see what I can come up with. I think they are probably waiting for the Nevada Gaming Commission to establish the ground rules for these devices before anything significant will happen. Hopefully, that is what the company is waiting on and it won't be much longer before we hear something. Will let you know what I hear. The IHUB board for this stock is pretty dead also, so can't get anything from there either.

Good Luck and glad you are making some coin with CYGX.

Thanks Captain

Thanks Captain

for getting back to me - and Happy New Year to you and yours!

I've made a little on CYGX (got in at .87 early in '05) - so at least it is in the black for me.

Unfortunately, I have a lot more of DMOI, as I really liked the idea and concept - and my average share price is pretty high - although I've been adding shares from time to time when the price has been at very low levels, to bring my average share price down (I never seem to get in these things when the price is really low).

Keep me informed if you can - I still think it will take off once the regs come out. Let's hope so!

3 seconds, it has been hanging around this price for months. I figured they would have announced something by now, but I know they are waiting on the NGC to set the rules and regs for these things. I like the concept and technology too, and if they ever get these things in some casinos and racetracks, I think there is a lot of upside from here. I still haven't called the company yet or heard from the IR idiots.

Good Luck

The Gaming Control Board proposed that Assembly Bill 471 that allows mobil gaming in casinos be adopted by the Nevada Gaming Commission in a draft dated 01/11/06. The NGC is meeting this Thursday. If they approve DMOI biometric security feature, maybe this thing will finally take off. Might be a good time for the traders to put this one on their radar. Hopefully we will have some good news Thursday.

Good Luck

I believe the NVGC's final set of regulations are to be announced on the 25th of this month for the wifi gambling in casinos and that is probably what all the increased volume is about. Pretty sure if everything goes well, they will be at the Palm's in short order and I'm bettin that other casinos will want to join in as well. I knew I should have bought more when it was sittin at $.02 for so long, but just couldn't pull the trigger with the period of inactivity and questions of $$$$$ to carry the company forward.

Good Luck

This one keeps sounding better all the time. Can't wait till they get into the first casino.

Diamond I, Inc. Acquires Patent-Pending Voice-Recognition Biometric Technology
"Voice-Print" Security to Be Integrated Into WifiCasino GS(TM) System
Diamond I, Inc. (OTC BB: DMOI), a developer of wireless gaming products, today announced that it had acquired all of the rights to a patent-pending voice-recognition biometric security technology. Diamond I believes this "voice-print" security technology, when added to its existing patent-pending "finger-print" security technology, to be valuable patent claims in the field of biometrically secured wireless casino, pari-mutual and sportsbook gaming. The company also sees these security technologies as having increased relevance with the adoption last week of final regulations implementing Nevada Law AB471, which authorizes the use of mobile communication devices for gaming in public areas in Nevada casinos.

"We are quite pleased to have acquired this dynamic biometric technology, one that will facilitate user-friendly, voice-activated and secure mobile gaming," said David Loflin, Diamond I's CEO. "We believe that, by adding this voice-print security feature to our WifiCasino GS system, we will be in a strong position to assure regulators that our wireless, hand-held gaming system will be used only by authorized casino patrons."

Diamond I Acquires U.K. Gaming Software Company, Touchdev Limited 5/18/06

Diamond I to Take WifiCasino GS(TM) to Jamaica
A final agreement is expected to be completed by the middle of May 2006.
Tuesday May 2, 8:05 am ET

This stock has had its up and downs. I got in at 3 cents when I found out it was waiting approval for a law in nevada. Stock ran to 15 cents and has slowing fallen to 4.5 cents. Touchdev should give them the income needed to fully market there technology.

I haven't heard anything more than what the NR's have to say and I can't disagree with you that Cantor seems to be leading the way right now, but with Diamond I having the patent pending for the security feature, a planned deal with "The Palms", acquiring Touch Dev and wanting to set up shop in Jamaica, I think there is some future with this company.

Penquinfan, if you look at the six month chart, this ran to $.15ish when the NVC came out with the regs for these Wifi gadgets, and has since settled back down to where it had been treading for quite a while. These types of stocks always carry greater risk than the blue chippers, but I can see the same thing happening again if they ink some deals with some big casinos or some other revenue producing news is released. As soon as they set up shop somewhere, I would be very surprised if this didn't make some pretty good moves in short order. I personally think it would be a good stock to trade for some quick hitters if you can keep a close eye on it. Good Luck whatever you decide.

This one might be finallly coming to life. Damn near a double since yesterday as of trading so far today. Half million shares traded in first half hour. They had a NR the other day that didn't really seem that significant to me, but maybe they finally got something workin with a casino. Be interesting to watch the rest of todays trading to see how this plays out.

Good Luck

I agree

I agree

It is good to be finally showing some life....

This company definitely needs to start producing revenues soon..... Once it does (if it does), then this stock could really jump...

That's why the WIFI NR they put out was important... it gives them a chance to start developing revenues to support the WIFI gaming....

Diamond I, Inc. Announces Return to WIFI Communications Market
Thursday November 30, 9:00 am ET
Company Evaluating Other WIFI Communications Opportunities beyond Wireless Gaming

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Diamond I, Inc. (OTCBB: DMOIE - News) a developer of wireless gaming products, including the GS2(TM) wireless hand-held gaming unit and the WifiCasino(TM) wireless gaming system, today announced its return to the WIFI communications market. The company's resurrection of its WIFI business is in concert with an expansion strategy of its existing and formerly dormant WIFI infrastructure. With its renewed WIFI technology platform, the company will seek to create equity partnerships with other emerging WIFI businesses to augment its core body of WIFI knowledge and assets. These partnerships intend to leverage the company's WIFI knowledge and assets to develop sales opportunities in a number of market segments. Going forward, Diamond I has plans to create subsidiary companies that would concentrate on developing specific WIFI market segments, as these equity partnerships are established. Diamond I Technologies, Inc., the subsidiary of the company responsible for the innovative WifiCasino(TM) wireless gaming system for wireless gaming on casino properties, is an example of how Diamond I will establish subsidiary companies to support market opportunities. The parent company will maintain the core WIFI technology assets and knowledge that can be applied to develop additional subsidiary WIFI market segments.
"WIFI technology will substantially change entire industries," commented David Loflin, Diamond I's CEO. "We have long been committed to developing shareholder value derived from the growing potential of WIFI technology. We have concentrated recently on the gaming industry. Our specific focus is a reflection of the limited resources available to a small business, not a result of the limited opportunities for WIFI technology. With this renewal of our WIFI infrastructure and the partnerships that we hope to be able to announce shortly, we expect to be in a position to bring in additional resources that will enable us to expand beyond gaming into multiple market segments that can benefit from emerging WIFI technology. Voice over Internet Protocol or VoIP, Homeland Security and Municipal Utilities are our initial target market expansions beyond gaming."

About Diamond I, Inc. (www.wificasino.net)

"Voice-Print" and "Finger-Print" Technologies. Diamond I owns the rights to patent-pending voice-recognition and fingerprint biometric security technologies. These security technologies will be incorporated into Diamond I's WifiCasino GS wireless, hand-held gaming system, as well as the hand-held gaming unit to be employed by the Global Gaming Platform venture.

Diamond I, Inc. is a development-stage company that develops wireless gaming products, including a hand-held Wi-Fi-based gaming system for on-premises use by casinos/resorts, known as "WifiCasino"(TM), which includes the GS2(TM), the user-friendly wireless hand-held unit. The term "Wi-Fi" (wireless fidelity) refers to an industry standard for wireless equipment that meets published 802.11(x) standards. Wi-Fi equipment operates in unlicensed spectra, such as 2.4 and 5.8 Ghz.

With the passage of Nevada Law AB471, which authorizes the use of mobile communication devices for gaming in public areas in Nevada casinos, Diamond I seeks to secure a Las Vegas hotel/casino to serve as the demonstration site for its WifiCasino, in conjunction with its application for a gaming license in Nevada. To that end, in a letter of intent, The Palms Resort and Casino has agreed to continue to develop a working relationship relating to Diamond I's WifiCasino and, assuming Diamond I continues to meet certain standards, The Palms stated that it intends to pursue an opportunity with Diamond I. Diamond I continues to seek venues in which to establish its WifiCasino system, including other U.S. casinos and horse and dog racing facilities. Diamond I has had preliminary discussions with certain owners of cruise ships, certain owners of horse racing facilities in the United States and dog and horse racing facilities outside the United States.
