YES!!! The 5 day cone did. Worked my arse off Sun, Mon... A very high tide this morning from the wind blowing the water inland, counter clock-wise rotation.

Gusts to 30 mph late today, only about 1/4 inch of rain.

Button up, better to be safe than sorry. Check the dates on the Chef Boy-ar-Dee, fruit and bean cans...I always donate my canned goods to a shelter in Dec.

i had a big tree with roots that were coming to the surface taken out earlier this summer.....really glad i did now....

of course,that tree also helped as a buffer......but,if it`s layin` on the house,it ain`t much of a buffer... :lol:

Havent had an evacuation since Floyd and that was more precautionary than anything.


Probably did lose about 4-5 hundred in income due to the hype of the hurricane though.

Marinas were pulling boats out today as fast as they could but they charge $30 to take them out and $30 bucks to put them back in!
