Vegas Baby !!
Isn't he a "little behind" in his payments for the civil trial ?? If he posts bail, maybe they can give that money to the family of Ronald Goldman.

I think that a judge in our fine city, will see an opportunity to "right a lot of wrongs" with a long prison term for OJ.

He is a flight risk. NO BAIL !!

Every black defense attorney in the nation will be chomping @ the bit to defend him pro-bono. I don't think there is any question that the weasel memorbillia broker set him up- and The Juice obliged probably better than he could of ever imagined :mj07: . He's goin down. I'll speculate 4 yrs. time on a 10 year partially suspended sentence. Karma is a bitch.

He obviously got bail, and to the extent he has exempt property he can use that for bail. He only has to have 15% anyway - friends/family could do that.

Now how the lawyers will be paid is an interesting question.

This will actually get uglier for OJ. This is fairly transparent ....OJ was selling memorabilia under the table through lowlifes like those he robbed. He is going to hear from IRS before long.

I kinda think a lot of us would have reacted the same way if we walked in on a guy selling stolen stuff that we once owned but for goodness sakes this guy should be thanking his lucky stars he isn't in jail now and to put himself in a situation like this makes you wonder what the hell he was thinking. Unless he asked for some help and the cops laughed at him like they might have. What a bunch of shady characters in this soap. Does kind of stink of a set up which poor Juice will not get any sympathy for.

He will get tons of sympathy. Just not from half the population. He will get lots of sympathy from the other half if you know what I mean. Doesn't make it right or wrong, but you are very mistaken if you don't think a good portion of society will give him sympathy be it right or wrong.

This guy Riccio stated that he had the recorder so when the suppliers admitted they had taken it from Simpson , they could call the cops and get the stuff back.

The guy didnt realize that Simpson brought his own cops. One guy actually yelled police as they entered the room. :scared

I heard this Mike being interviewed by Anderson
and he really threw Simpson under the bus.

He said Simpson gave him the suit he wore the day of the verdict and he still had it.

He said that he used to work for him and that he would make 50 k cash at a signing show, and never report anything to the IRS:scared

Its about time. Maybe Simpson will get his just reward now.

Hard to believe that he would put himself in this position, but he is a sociopath after all.

Profile of the Sociopath

Manipulative and Conning

They never recognize the rights of others and see their self-serving behaviors as permissible. They appear to be charming, yet are covertly hostile and domineering, seeing their victim as merely an instrument to be used. They may dominate and humiliate their victims.

Grandiose Sense of Self

Feels entitled to certain things as "their right."

Pathological Lying

Has no problem lying coolly and easily and it is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. Can create, and get caught up in, a complex belief about their own powers and abilities. Extremely convincing and even able to pass lie detector tests.

Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt

A deep seated rage, which is split off and repressed, is at their core. Does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and opportunities. Instead of friends, they have victims and accomplices who end up as victims. The end always justifies the means and they let nothing stand in their way.

Shallow Emotions

When they show what seems to be warmth, joy, love and compassion it is more feigned than experienced and serves an ulterior motive. Outraged by insignificant matters, yet remaining unmoved and cold by what would upset a normal person. Since they are not genuine, neither are their promises.

Incapacity for Love

Need for Stimulation
Living on the edge. Verbal outbursts and physical punishments are normal. Promiscuity and gambling are common.

Callousness/Lack of Empathy

Unable to empathize with the pain of their victims, having only contempt for others' feelings of distress and readily taking advantage of them.

Poor Behavioral Controls/Impulsive Nature

Rage and abuse, alternating with small expressions of love and approval produce an addictive cycle for abuser and abused, as well as creating hopelessness in the victim. Believe they are all-powerful, all-knowing, entitled to every wish, no sense of personal boundaries, no concern for their impact on others.

Early Behavior Problems/Juvenile Delinquency

Usually has a history of behavioral and academic difficulties, yet "gets by" by conning others. Problems in making and keeping friends; aberrant behaviors such as cruelty to people or animals, stealing, etc.

Irresponsibility/Unreliability

Not concerned about wrecking others' lives and dreams. Oblivious or indifferent to the devastation they cause. Does not accept blame themselves, but blames others, even for acts they obviously committed.

Promiscuous Sexual Behavior/Infidelity

Promiscuity, child sexual abuse, rape and sexual acting out of all sorts.

Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle

Tends to move around a lot or makes all encompassing promises for the future, poor work ethic but exploits others effectively.

Criminal or Entrepreneurial Versatility

Changes their image as needed to avoid prosecution. Changes life story readily.

It's not racial Scott. Its a fact. When they interviewed people after the murder trial, it was fact that the majority of black people supported OJ whereas the majority of white people didn't. I never said it was right or wrong, but that's what the facts showed. Is that acceptable....no? But who am I to say anything. Don't you remember Time magazines famous pictures at the jury verdict of the white people crying and the black people jumping for joy.

I never agreed with it or racism. I just said that research showed that the majority of white people don't like OJ, and the majority of black people at least sympathized with him a little.

It's not right, but it is what it is.

Listen to the interviews yesterday.

Such is society................

The ESPN legal expert Roger Cosack (sp) said he doesnt not expect OJ to see any jail from this & says he expects a bunch of the charges to be dropped & then a plea agreement reached.

who was that guy exactly, and why did he get so much air time?? At the end, he kept saying, "NO MORE QUESTIONS!", and when 'Yale' was leaving the stage, he said something like, "thank you Joe Pesci!"

Did you see him smacking his gum and blowing bubbles? :mj07:

Yes I catch your drift.

And I can understand why the black ppl jumped for joy the first time.

OJ reperesented years and years of injustice and frustration in our courts for black ppl.

It was the one time that money talked and the best legal defense money could buy held up for a person of color. I actually understand that feeling.

It does not discount however that Simpson killed the two people and got away with it. Guess what goes around comes around though.

White ppl had been getting out of jams for years, If you can afford the best attorneys then you walk.

If OJ is acquitted of all these charges this time,
I am not sure what will happen to our justice system.
