The ESPN legal expert Roger Cosack (sp) said he doesnt not expect OJ to see any jail from this & says he expects a bunch of the charges to be dropped & then a plea agreement reached.

I disagree w/that opinion. This is a Prosecutors dream. Although I have no clue who the Prosecutor is, more times than not, they have political aspirations and drool over high profile cases such as this.

He will get tons of sympathy. Just not from half the population. He will get lots of sympathy from the other half if you know what I mean. Doesn't make it right or wrong, but you are very mistaken if you don't think a good portion of society will give him sympathy be it right or wrong.

Yes i know what you mean and your statement is as true as it gets but most likely will get spun into meaning something else.

He won't do a day of time he hasn't already done. He will see at least half of the charges dropped I think. The guy obviously has some issues, but I don't know that this was a real good decision for him. Everyone needs to realize there were more people than just him there. He never brandished a weapon and he never threatened anyone with physical harm other than to say think you can steal my shit and stuff like that. I am not defending his actions but in a real court with real people the case would have already been dismissed and I would be surprised to see this go to trial for him at all. JMO

your wrong there fats.

if you are in a car and someone goes in a 7-11 and holds it up. Then the cops follow you.

Everyone is charged with armed robbery and will serve time. If you were with them in any way you are a accompliss sp.

It has put many ppl behind bars along with the actual perps.

Thats the way it works.

Yes I catch your drift.

And I can understand why the black ppl jumped for joy the first time.

OJ reperesented years and years of injustice and frustration in our courts for black ppl.

It was the one time that money talked and the best legal defense money could buy held up for a person of color. I actually understand that feeling.

It does not discount however that Simpson killed the two people and got away with it. Guess what goes around comes around though.

White ppl had been getting out of jams for years, If you can afford the best attorneys then you walk.

If OJ is acquitted of all these charges this time,
I am not sure what will happen to our justice system.

OJ also represented the real reality CLASS DISCRIMINATION. If you got no coin your fuced. I don't care what race you are- that's the reality. As much as any reasonable person knows OJ murdered 2 people and believe me I would like to see him squirm- hopefully he will get a reasonably fair trial. Our justice system would be very dangerous operating on revenge.

Books sure missed their chances for over/under props on bail. Doubt many would have guessed it that low.

I'm kinda in middle on subject--I think he should be spending life behind bars for the killings--but can't really agree with them trying to give him life on current charges--when many would get off with a few years at most.

One of the biggest travesty's I seen so far is his golf swing shown on several clips.:)

Did anyone see Juice @ the airport wearing a suit and a Master's old school visor. Who wears a fricken visor w/a suit? I'm sure the boys in Augusta were thrilled.

there were some mention on the news about OJ refering to 'offshore' accounts.

If so, could gov't go after them for Goldman's.

Will Goldman's get the 'stolen' memorabiila?
