truth... I think some folks looking for an excuse for the loss which I get but this game was equally bad officiated.. the difference was the play of those Duke guards and the poor play by wisky in the last minute of the game.

Ball touched Winslow's finger as Dugan was fouling him pulling his arm down. Duke was up by 5 then so how did that cost Badgers the game.
How about the no call as Jones went for layup on long pass there was obvious contact.

no they were not. the spread was 5 at that point.. keep searching to blame someone for the loss though. Why not just except it.. nothing going to change. Duke deserved the win and wisky lot the game with bad play.. 10 points in 10 minutes.. :0008

I don't think that call was one that would've changed the outcome, but it was definitely a terrible call. Here's what I think is funny. Coach K made the comment at halftime that Wisconsin had 2 fouls in the 1H. They had 13 in the 2H. Duke had 13 the whole game. Wisconsin shot 10 FT's. Duke shot 20.

Sorry, but never bitch about calls, but Duke had some nice calls go their way, period! Congrats Duke and Under backers... Duke was the better team and Tyus Jones was stellar! Wisky was a little weak when the game counted... Congrats Duke backers, I wasn't one of them.

when wisky went up 9 at the 13:29 mark in 2nd half.

there were 6 fouls called vs. wisc. from that point until the 7:05 mark when duke finally tied it up.

so after badgers take control of the game, up 9 in the next 6-minutes they had 6 foul called against them vs. 1 foul vs. duke in that same time span.

at the 11 min mark duke was in the bonus and at the 7:30 mark duke was in the double bonus.

watched the game at the bar and most everyone agreed there were many many questionable foul calls vs. badgers ??.either no calls or block /charges that went against badgers.

also add in the close call near the end when winslow looked like he touched the ball to go out of bounds off him?.that they didn't get?.then duke hits 3 ?..
then they clearly missed winslow step out of bounds under the hoop then he feeds okafor for ez layup.

these are all facts fellas?..look it up yourself.

Tyus jones was a beast. But the no call out of bounds on winston with the okafor and 1 when wisconsin was winning, and the obvious winston out of bounds non reversal where huge plays that were fucking blown in a championship game with fucking replay!
Congrats to duke, but the coach k influence on the refs decided this game! Flat out.

refs missed a couple but the Badgers really fuxked up and had no presence. they should have went low went oak was out. calls didn't help but Duke hit their shots

Wisconsin shot 21 three point shots. Duke shot 11. Duke decided to drive the ball to the basket.
Don 't hear any complaints about the touch fouls on Winslow and Okafor putting them on the bench. No way Wisconsin played the whole first half only fouling twice. Duke decided to force the refs to make a call by attacking the basket. It worked.
Guess they went your way.
On play where Winslow's foot was on the line replay showed Wisconsin player with arm pushing Winslow towards line.
The more agressive team won.
