i don't think this guy would have paid you if you won your bets...i know when i was doing this we didn't pay..even if we took the bet.

My local man likes to get a little bit drunk during the day.. I tried to place my bets at 6 PM central before the games start and he says "Call me back at 6:15 I am busy." So I call at 6:15 and he says all call you back in 5. He calls me back at 6:30 and I am watching games and have my ticker on. I notice the pacers are scoring like mad and the Blue Jays are 3 -1 in bottom of first. I make a list of wagers and then place the same amounts on the overs in the two games I mentioned. He takes them no questions asked. I don't feel one bit guilty about it because he is a prick on the phone when drinking. Would you have done the same??

Bleed here is a trick Kosar taught me. He said when calling in a bet say "i will take the Patriots for a hundred". If you win tell the bookie you said "four hundred" and not"for a hundred". Even on the tape they sound the same. I haven't tried it yet.

Don't believe in karma especially when it comes to sports wagering. I figure there are people across the country who should have "bad karma" who bet on the other team. Someone has to win.

Its like this. Not one of us sitting in our chairs watching a game on TV can affect a games outcome. Wagering an unethical bet doesn't mean something negative is going to happen. Just don't believe in it.
