Didn't they ask several times"why are you here?" Then were told to shut up. The video does not say anything about an arrest warrant but maybe edited, who knows.

How do we know if its the right address or not? What was she arrested for? My initial thought is these cops were dicks but my mind would change if they stated the right address to the individuals with a warrant, but of they were yelling the wrong address then they were out of line

Who cares what the address is, they had an arrest warrant for the lady who was in there.

They didn't show the beginning, when the cops first got there. Nobody, except them and the cops know what happened when they first got there.

Why did she file a complaint against them?

The time they showed up doesn't matter to me at all. They had an arrest warrant. It doesn't say what time they have to serve it. Again, until we know the whole story how can anyone take sides here. If she's filed a complaint before it means she probably had some kind of run ins with them. I've never had to file a complaint on the sheriff's department before. Then again, they've never had to serve an arrest warrant on me.

It is on the video right before she opened the door.

I've never been arrested either but that doesn't mean I don't know my 4th amendment rights.

The time matters to me. It shows that the arrest was personal to the sheriff's department. That's why they showed up with 3 vehicles to arrest this older woman in the middle of the night. If it was a hardened criminal then I think it would have been a good tactic. I don't think that she is a hardened criminal. That's my judgment call.

Based on the videotape, I think some of the actions of the sheriff's department were morally wrong. Especially the language and what was said. Officers arrest and courts find guilt or innocence. Having an officer tell someone that he wishes he could just cane them is wrong. You don't even have to be an umpire to know that.

Bottom line is she had an arrest warrant. She had been arrested before and filed a complaint about something. Instead of opening the door so she could be arrested they sat there and filmed the whole thing. Let me see, you file a complaint one time on an arrest and then you film the next time. I can smell money and filming it might make some money.

Act like an ass clown and you get treated like one.

On the course!
I always figure if you grab your camera when the cops start axing you questions, you know you're in the wrong and are hoping for something just like this to play out, making you a wealthy victim.

There is more to the story than we are seeing. Open the fucking door when they knock the first time, the homeowner created the drama not the cops

I'm guessing if they would have changed the battery in their smoke detector this all could have been avoided.
