what the hell is the deal with these guys? theyve been feeding me bullshit ever since I asked to transfer my funds to the greek. first they said on saturday i needed to sent them a copy of my ID and utility bill, which I did. then they said the minimum had to be 500 and I had 318....so ok, I won 200 on the Giants and have a total of 518, so I email them last night and they say I have to send authorization documents (ID and utility bill) so I contacted their live support and they said I never sent it. So 11 minutes after I got their email, I told them I sent it again, now they start with the bullshit about they arent getting my email. But theyre getting all my emails earlier asking to transfer funds, and Im receiving all their emails. I sent it 4 times and they said they got nothing. Then I sent it from 2 more additional email addresses to make sure it was nothing wrong with my mail client. They still say they have gotten nothing. What a bunch of horse shit. Never again will I use WSEX.

never had a problem with bet royal actually. never even made a withdraw with them. just tried to login though to see what you are talking about but dont know my login so went to live chat and its the same person on the WSEX live chat?? weird.....also, i was 20 last april

also, i just got my login from the live chat agent and then asked if I could have my transaction history from april 07 and they said this...

i dont recall any problems with betroyal transacions, in fact, tim from betroyal gave me a nice bonus to deposit there

how could you be playing with betroyal when you were 20 years old when their rules were 21?

whose credit cards were you using when depositing with them in april 2007?

i know the whole situation that occured back then and i also know you didn't make a withdrawal and you know why.

we don't have live chat here and what same person are you talking about?

books need to make sure the account is a legal one is why they are asking for all the documents to prove who you are otherwise the transfer to thegreek they would be stuck for.

they are covering their ass because of all the fraudulent activities and books get ****ed over all the time.

wsex is a top 5 book and run a clean operation and have a clean slate.

you're just going to have to get on the phone with wsex, find out the docs they need and tell the person you talk to exactly when you are going to fax that info so they can be on the lookout for it.

i had to talk to someone from WSEx poker and sent it to them and they said they got it no problem and forwarded it to the department saying they couldnt get it
