Yeah, I know I have a crazy name. Got it from the Western Comedies "They Call Me Trinity" and "Trinity Is Still My Name"

Dunclock, I remember hearing about Lisa's beat in the Ladies Trny, brutal.

Speaking of 1 outers, my friend built his stack up to 73K about 3/4 through Day 2. He had Q Q, flop came Q 9 2. Raises back and forth until he put the other guy all in. He turns over 9 9, you know whats coming, 9 on riv. Took him down to about 20K, he busted at Midnight last night

Busted last level of the day, bad cards and bad play combined. Early in the day couldn't get away from my overpair to the flop from the chip bully. He had bought a lot of pots, but this time he had bottom set, that took away quite a bit of my chips. Had a good time though, sorry fellas

Thanks

might be the year of ivey

Ivey + Aces = Winner

Phil Ivey made it 16,000 to play from early position and got called by Bingjian Wu. A flop of
7s.gif
2d.gif
qh.gif
brought a continuation bet of 23,000 by Ivey and another call by Wu.

When Ivey bet 55,000 at the
8h.gif
on the turn, Wu tanked before calling. The river brought the
4d.gif
and an all in bet by Ivey, forcing Wu to put his tournament life on the line. Wu tanked again before making the call. Ivey showed

and Wu was eliminated. Ivey is now near 900,000.

Also see where Dennis Phillips is at 630,000??

Probably have no right to talk about his skill level, since I never played against him and the only time I seen him play is from TV which can be VERY deceptive at times, but the guy's a donk isn't he??

Down to 450 players...top 648 made the money

Down to 185 from 6494

Here are some of the big dogs that are left and one huge one that none of the poker news sites are talking about...

Ivey
Schneider (ex-champ)
Joe Sebok (Barry Greinstein's son)
Joe Hachem (ex-champ)
Blair Rodman (pro)
Dennis Phillips (last year November 9)
Kenny Tran
David Benyamine (High Stakes Poker)
Antonio Esfandiarri (Magician, HSP)
Lou Diamond Phillips (actor)
JC Tran

and the one that has not been mentioned hardly at all.... Defending Champion... Peter Eastgate. Dude has made it through two 6k+ fields back to back years and he gets no pub because of all those pros and Ivey making a run and of course, I want Ivey to win but it is still a sick feat.

Final 9 should be set by Thursday morning
