If you are like me you wash your hands after you use the bathroom. Makes sense.

Well......after slicing Jalapeno peppers it's a GREAT idea to wash your hands BEFORE taking a leak. I was dicing some Jalapenos to put in the rib sauce and ran upstairs to take a leak. Washed my hands and returned to the kitchen to see how the simmering was coming on the sauce and let me tell you something else started to simmer.

Holy shit, this is no joke. Spice burn on your wanker is a bad way to spend the day.

Fuck.....

Years ago I helped my wife can some jalapenos from the garden and my job was the slicing. 20 quarts?

That night we were in bed doing a little playing and all of a sudden she jumped up and ran to the bathroom in a lot of pain. Those juices and the jalapeno juice from my fingers....well :lol:

I've done a detox a few times....found it right here in this section of the forum!!

I was looking in the produce section for anything to eat after doing the same fruits/vegetables over and over.

I found some peppers....thought they were pepperoncini and in my mind was just thinking I could pretend they were from a papa john's pizza...lol

I got home and decided to eat a couple. Ate one and quickly ate another and was like, damn they're spicy........real spicy.......damn.....

So I look on the package and not only are they habanero's....there are warnings all over the package. I didn't have any milk and was trying water and ice....yeah didn't work.....it was BRUTAL....I was all but on the ground enduring about 20 minutes of pain.

Later in the week we dared a friend to eat one. He ate half of it and was miserable....later he pissed and we don't know if it was on his hands and/or just went through him so to speak....but he was miserable again.

Did that with Icy-Hot. Used it on a sore back then washed my hands. Evidently just one washing doesn't remove enough of it.
