Basically, you have a 2 out of 3 shot of winning on the purchase. If it's the Colts, you'll sell them for more than this.
San Diego is the only one that is a possible loss, but I think the Titans fans alone will keep the prices up. The town is pretty jacked up about them right now.
I'm still confused, though. So it is possible that the Ravens could be here for the Divisional. But if they go to Pitt and win, they could be here for the Conference game as well?

My guess is that if it is the Ravens here, you will be able to get tickets for roughly what they are now. If it's the Colts coming to town, they will go up due to Peyton and proximity (the Colts were the biggest fan base prior to the Titans coming).
The Ravens will be here if the Colts and Ravens win because the Colts are the higher seed.... I think.
Unfortunately, I think the Bolts are taking them down.
