No breakfast today (highly unusual)
Coupla slices of a Gala apple, two small cups of coffee and a slug of apple cider vinegar. Still not hungry and praying I can hold off till supper. Wife said supper would be cauliflour, lima beans, brussel sprouts + chunky applesauce.
Am hoping to go for a brisk twenty minute walk this afternoon.
Buddy, at this rate it seems like you'll be down 30 lbs in two months, much less a year.
I would definitely recommend that you do NOT go without eating til supper. U need to eat to lose weight... keeps your metabolism in affect and u need to feed your muscles (muscle tissue burns 70% of the fat in your body). Just a small handful of almonds/lowfat protein shake/string cheese/yogurt/slices of lunch meat will work for a snack, but eat somethin every 3-4 hours.
