Btw my actual first thought was...When did John Daly become a deputy:shrug:
the kid started the confrontation for no reason other than to try and prove a point.
why act like a cunt and refuse to roll your window down? whats the big deal?
the fact he had a camera set up and recording says a lot too. he was obviously wanting something like this to happen and I wouldnt doubt that he purposely drove to this checkpoint after setting up a camera.
he wanted to challenge them on the laws and he did. he was obviously prepared on what he was going to say and do and knew what he could say to challenge them without breaking the laws.
I dont really see what the purpose of this was other than wasting time and making a big deal out of nothing.
seems like a great way to piss of some cops for no reason when they are just trying to hold a DUI checkpoint.
i know there is a lot of hatred for cops but the kid was just being a cunt to try and make something for the internet and make cops look bad.
Nick's not gonna be happy....not happy at all.....:0003
I think this is a collision of two dickheads.:0008

I used to feel exactly like this about these video situations.
But, quite frankly, they are doing all of us a service by exposing the particular cops of trying to coerce individual citizens to give up their Constitutional rights behind the vail of "power"
The cop at the end of the video was explaining it exactly when they found the camera.
Every cop involved should be punished by law.
The kid is a little dickhead.
The law is the law, knowledge of it and protecting your civil rights doesn't renounce them. The kid was within his rights on all counts. He was cooperative and the police failed to protect his rights. Say what you want about him looking for trouble or whatever, I fail to see how exercising your rights make you a dickhead.
The kid rolled the window down enough to provide the officer with the necessary paperwork and was responding to his questions in a clear concise, coherent manner. You can't pick and choose who and when the rights of individuals are free to be infringed upon. The officer was wrong and knew he was wrong, he abused his authority and violated the kids rights, which are also your rights by the way, and should be punished accordingly.
Hope this helps,
