It's the Masters, warthog, and that was the attire at the time, along with respect for the Venue and Game. Your Grandfather or Uncle's at some point wore a tie with short sleeve shirt. You can be so damn ignorant.

Couple other things on the pic, look how much pollen was on the course that year. Both have black shoes covered in the yellow snow we get here in Georgia.
