whenever I look at a video now, the ratings stars just show up blank. Anybody know why? Cuts out a lot of time skipping on the chitty 1 and 2 star videos. Thanks.

could be the person who uploaded the video disabled the rating.
or perhaps YouTube is doing some maintenance and then various components don't work here or there.
I get messages all the time from folks who say some video of mine doesn't play right, or audio bad, or ratings off, or comments off--but it all works fine just a short time later.
Ratings working fine on this: a hilarious appearance by Don Rickles on the "Tonight Show" from 1983 I uploaded few weeks back.
